I am sure you heard about Glutino company. If not you better run to your store and check their products! I tried few already and I must say they are really tasty. My obsession for past month- Lemon Wafers. They are creamy, soft, melt in your mouth. They are always fresh and of course Gluten Free. Another great thing is that they don’t contain animal products. The package states: “may contain traces of egg, milk,nuts” only because there may be a risk of cross contamination with one of the 8 top allergens. Also their web site states that they are in the process of verifying their products via the Non-GMO Project.This is great! I absolutely recommend it! Try their other flavors and products!
