This is super easy dish, but so delicious. And quite quick to make. (Not counting the time that dish sits in the oven 😉 Also it is up to your imagination and taste, which veggies you want to use.

Ingredients:

  • sweet potato
  • regular potato
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 2 carrot
  • zucchini
  • squash
  • 3-4 spoons of olive oil
  • Seasonings mix : salt, pepper, cumin, chili, basil, red pepper, etc.

Vegan “Shrimp” Salad

This salad can be made in a few ways. It is always up to the Chief to decide what you like more in the salad. This version is made of vegan shrimp, but you can use Vegan crab meat.

Vegan Shrimp Salad

Ingredients:

  • few pieces of vegan shrimp (or vegan crab meat)
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • half of small red onion
  • half of bell pepper (any color you like or mix them all)
  • 5 radishes (optional)
  • 3 spoons of vegan mayo
  • cup of cilantro
  • salt, pepper
